University Campus in PaysonRob Ingram has been employed by the USDA Forest Service for over 35 years in the Southwestern Region.

Mr. Ingram has been an author, team member, and facilitator for Environmental Impact Statements, Environmental Assessments, Categorical Exclusions for Vegetation Management, Road Management, Trail Management, and other projects.

While working for the Tonto National Forest, Mr. Ingram was a liaison with the Arizona Department of Transportation for large projects on Forest lands for over 10 years. Mr. Ingram has also worked for the State of Arizona in the Department of Emergency Management.

Mr. Ingram and his family have been residents of Payson for 27 years.

Mr. Ingram earned a B.S. in Physical Geography from Arizona State University in 1971 and a B.S. in Environmental Resources from Arizona State University in 1978.  Mr. Ingram is a Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control (CPESC).
